These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Mirage and any individual who accesses, browses, submits a request, or confirms a reservation through the Mirage website or any of its official communication channels.

By accessing the website, submitting an inquiry, completing a reservation form, or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and Mirage, applicable prior to, during, and after the provision of any services facilitated by the agency.

If the client does not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, access to the website and use of Mirage services must be discontinued immediately.

Mirage reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to its services at its sole discretion should these Terms and Conditions not be respected.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

“Mirage” refers to Mirage, its owners, directors, representatives, and any authorised personnel acting on behalf of the agency.

“Client” refers to any individual who accesses the Mirage website, submits an inquiry, completes a reservation form, or confirms a booking for services facilitated by Mirage.

“Companion” refers to an independent individual whose profile is presented by Mirage for the purpose of facilitating companionship experiences. Companions are not employees of Mirage.

“Services” refers to the coordination, facilitation, and management of companionship experiences as requested by the Client and accepted by Mirage, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

“Reservation” refers to a formal request submitted by the Client through Mirage’s official channels, subject to verification, availability, and acceptance by Mirage.

“Confirmation” refers to the explicit approval of a Reservation by Mirage, following verification and, where applicable, receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

“Website” refers to the official Mirage website and any associated digital platforms operated by or on behalf of Mirage.

As an international agency, all fees are presented in EUR. Amounts displayed in CHF, USD, and GBP are indicative and calculated based on the European Central Bank (ECB) daily reference rate, with an additional 3.5% adjustment, rounded to the nearest ten for clarity and consistency.

Mirage does not accept last-minute reservations. All reservation requests must be submitted with a minimum notice of two to three (2–3) days and are subject to verification, availability, and acceptance by the agency.

A reservation is considered confirmed only once Mirage has expressly approved the request and, where applicable, received the required deposit or prepayment. Until such confirmation is issued, Mirage is under no obligation to hold availability or proceed with coordination.

An exception applies to verified Mirage Members, who may benefit from a temporary availability hold of twelve (12), twenty-four (24), or forty-eight (48) hours, depending on their membership level, during which the requested companion may be provisionally reserved.

Such availability holds do not constitute a confirmed reservation and will automatically lapse upon expiration if confirmation and payment are not completed within the specified timeframe.

Mirage’s preferred method of payment is bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT). Banking details are provided exclusively via email upon confirmation.

Additional payment options may be accepted as follows:

Cash
Preferably in euros. Swiss francs (CHF), US dollars (USD), and British pounds (GBP) may also be accepted. Clients wishing to pay in a foreign currency must inform Mirage in advance. A 3.5% surcharge based on the official daily exchange rate will apply to offset currency conversion discrepancies.

Credit and debit cards
VISA, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. A 5% transaction fee applies to card payments.

In exceptional cases where payment is made in cash at the time of the appointment, the companion must receive her fee at the beginning of the engagement, in an unsealed envelope.

To avoid any misunderstanding, the client is kindly requested to allow the companion to briefly verify the contents. For discretion and efficiency, high-denomination notes are appreciated.

Cash payment at the time of the appointment is available only to verified clients or where expressly authorised by Mirage.

New clients are required to complete the mandatory 20% deposit in advance, irrespective of the remaining balance being paid in cash.

Travel expenses are not included in the fees communicated by Mirage and must be covered by the Client.

When the Companion is based in the same city as the Client and travel is limited to local transportation (such as taxi or equivalent services), a flat rate of EUR 80 applies.

When the Companion is required to travel to another city, whether by train, flight, or other means of transport, all travel expenses will be calculated during the reservation process and communicated to the Client in advance.

In such cases, the Client is required to complete a bank transfer covering the full amount of the notified travel expenses prior to confirmation, allowing Mirage to proceed with the booking and coordination of the Companion’s transportation.

For certain high-profile or senior-level companions, travel may be arranged in first class or business class, in line with comfort, discretion, and professional standards. Any such requirements will be communicated in advance as part of the reservation process.

All engagements facilitated by Mirage are curated with intention, discretion, and mutual respect.

Both the Client and the Companion retain the right to conclude an engagement at any point should genuine incompatibility or discomfort become evident. Such early conclusion does not give rise to any refund.

All reservations must be confirmed and completed at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start of the engagement.

Appointments scheduled for Sundays must be fully confirmed no later than 17:00 CET on the preceding Friday. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in automatic cancellation without further obligation on the part of Mirage.

If a confirmed reservation is cancelled with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, any advance payment made shall be retained as a credit for a future reservation. Such credit has no expiration date and may be applied to any subsequent booking, subject to availability and acceptance by Mirage.

Mirage does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice require a compensation of EUR 300 payable to the Companion.

If the cancellation occurs after the Companion has already commenced travel, a compensation of EUR 500 shall apply, in addition to any incurred travel expenses.

Any remaining portion of the advance payment, after applicable compensation, will be retained as a credit for a future reservation.

Mirage is firmly committed to safeguarding the privacy, confidentiality, and personal data of its clients and companions.

All personal information provided to Mirage during inquiries, reservations, verification procedures, or communications is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing reservations, coordinating services, ensuring security, and maintaining operational integrity.
Such data is not shared with third parties except where strictly necessary for service coordination or where required by law.

Mirage does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit personal data under any circumstances.

Clients agree to respect the confidentiality of Mirage, its companions, and any information disclosed during the course of interactions or engagements.

Any attempt to disclose, record, reproduce, or disseminate personal information, images, conversations, or identifying details of companions, staff, or other clients is strictly prohibited.

Mirage implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.

While Mirage takes all reasonable steps to ensure data security, clients acknowledge that no digital system can guarantee absolute protection.

Mirage services are available exclusively to individuals who are of legal age and have successfully completed any verification procedures required by the agency.

By submitting an inquiry or confirming a reservation, the Client represents and warrants that all information provided to Mirage is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Mirage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to its services at any time, including where eligibility requirements are not met or where a request does not align with Mirage standards.

The Client is required to maintain conduct consistent with Mirage’s standards of discretion, respect, and professionalism throughout all interactions and engagements.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of coercion, pressure, intimidation, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour
• Any conduct that compromises the safety, comfort, dignity, or privacy of the Companion or Mirage personnel
• Any attempt to manipulate, threaten, or bargain outside agreed terms
• Any attempt to record, photograph, or otherwise capture content during an engagement without explicit prior consent and authorisation

Mirage may immediately end coordination or request the termination of an engagement should conduct fall below the required standard.

Mirage operates under a zero-tolerance approach regarding safety, privacy, and boundary violations.

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, misuse of content, or unauthorised contact attempts, may result in immediate and permanent exclusion from Mirage services.

In such cases, Mirage reserves the right to deny future access and to retain any applicable fees, deposits, or compensations as provided under these Terms and Conditions.

The exchange of personal contact details between the Client and the Companion — including but not limited to phone numbers, messaging applications, social media accounts, or any other private communication channels — is strictly prohibited.

Likewise, any meetings, engagements, or arrangements conducted outside the framework of Mirage are expressly forbidden.

All interactions between Clients and Companions must be exclusively coordinated, managed, and confirmed through Mirage. This structure exists to ensure the privacy, security, professional boundaries, and mutual protection of all parties involved.

Mirage shall not be held responsible for any incidents, disputes, misunderstandings, non-payment, emotional distress, or security concerns arising from direct contact or private engagements conducted outside the agency.

Any breach of this provision — by either the Client or the Companion — shall result in immediate and permanent exclusion from Mirage, without notice, refund, or right to reinstatement.

Mirage maintains internal monitoring and verification procedures and notes that, in practice, it is readily possible to identify and confirm unauthorised contact or engagements conducted outside the agency’s framework.

Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in Section 6.4, Mirage acknowledges that, in exceptional circumstances, a Client and a Companion may mutually wish to pursue a private relationship or personal engagement outside the framework of the agency.

In such cases, the Client must formally notify Mirage in writing of the request prior to any exchange of contact details or private meetings.

Subject to the Companion’s explicit consent, Mirage may agree to withdraw the Companion from its agency roster, rendering her unavailable to other clients and releasing both parties from Mirage’s coordination and oversight.

This process is subject to the payment of an exclusivity and withdrawal fee, the amount of which shall be determined by Mirage on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the Companion’s profile, availability, and prior demand. Such fee is payable in full prior to the withdrawal taking effect.

Once the withdrawal is completed, Mirage shall cease all involvement, responsibility, or liability in relation to any subsequent interactions, arrangements, travel, financial agreements, or personal matters between the Client and the Companion.

Mirage makes no representations and assumes no responsibility for any outcomes arising from private relationships formed outside the agency framework.

Mirage acts exclusively as an independent intermediary and coordinating agency. Mirage does not provide companionship services directly and does not employ Companions.

Accordingly, Mirage shall not be held liable for the conduct, actions, omissions, statements, or decisions of Clients or Companions before, during, or after any engagement.

Mirage’s responsibility is strictly limited to the coordination, facilitation, and administrative management of reservations in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Mirage does not guarantee compatibility, personal outcomes, emotional responses, or the continuation of any interaction beyond the agreed engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mirage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal dissatisfaction or emotional distress
• Financial losses arising from private arrangements or unauthorised agreements
• Disputes between Clients and Companions
• Injuries, accidents, delays, cancellations, or third-party actions
• Outcomes resulting from engagements conducted outside the Mirage framework

Clients expressly acknowledge that any interaction conducted outside Mirage’s coordination and oversight falls entirely outside Mirage’s responsibility.

By accessing Mirage services, Clients expressly accept that Mirage’s role is limited and that they engage with Companionsat their own discretion and responsibility, within the boundaries of these Terms and Conditions.

Mirage shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, government actions or restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, power or network failures, security incidents, or any other circumstances that render performance impossible or impracticable.

In the event of force majeure, Mirage reserves the right to suspend, postpone, modify, or cancel a reservation without liability. Where applicable, any advance payment shall be handled in accordance with the credit provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mirage is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the use of the Mirage website, or any services facilitated by Mirage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

The Client expressly agrees to submit to such jurisdiction.

All content displayed on the Mirage website — including, but not limited to, images, profiles, texts, descriptions, layouts, and visual material — is the exclusive property of Mirage or is used with explicit authorisation.

Any form of reproduction, distribution, recording, downloading, screenshotting, screen recording, copying, or sharing of such content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Mirage.

This prohibition applies to personal, commercial, editorial, or third-party use, regardless of intent.

Mirage reserves the right to restrict or terminate access, suspend services, and pursue appropriate legal action in the event of misuse, unauthorised reproduction, or any breach of visual confidentiality.

Mirage reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.

Any amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Mirage website.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting an inquiry or confirming a reservation.

Continued access to the website or use of Mirage services following the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
